Near the shores of Ruby Lake, visit the Iris Griffith Interpretive Centre for an in-depth look at Sunshine Coast nature. Activities include nature school for kids, workshops, lectures, slideshows, tours, summer internships, and more.
Providing the Pender Harbour area with a structure that allows residents to identify broad community issues through public forums where citizens can express their views and be confident those will be recorded, researched, prioritized and addressed.
The voice of business from Pender Harbour to Egmont here on British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast. We are a not-for-profit, volunteer-run organization supporting the Pender Harbour & Egmont communities. We encourage all businesses to join.
Our goal is to preserve, promote and share Pender Harbour's unique heritage through community projects and events. We work with other area heritage groups to preserve and share Sunshine Coast history.
We specialize in leisure reading materials, based on the interests of our members. We participate in BC’s Interlibrary Loan System and can borrow books from other libraries, provided they were published two or more years ago.
An active, volunteer-run gathering place open to the public, serving food and beverages and hosting events, including the Giant Garage Sale in spring, the Pender Harbour Show & Shine in summer, many meat draws all year long.
